A transfer takes an hour and twenty minutes to get to Ninh Hoa town, and we choose the beautiful back roads through green rice paddies and mountainous villages before we bike on nice country paths, passing fish farms and shrimp farms and stopping at the local market to try some local snacks. Then we will hit the past again on a small dirt track; say hello to kids returning from school and farmers working on salt farmlands. Enjoy lunch in Dai Lanh Beach.
